Framework Agreements are contracts awarded by Consip to one or more economic operators, which Public Authorities can use to purchase goods and services.
Each Framework Agreement specifies the purchasing procedure: direct order from the catalogue or specific contract (mini competition among awarded suppliers).

They have a fixed duration and set a maximum quantity or value (maximum amount) that the supplier undertakes to guarantee under the contract.
